Privacy
44lap is a concept-creation studio in Riyadh. This notice explains what we keep about you when you send us an idea, follow your request or work with us on a project, why we keep it, for how long, and the rights the Personal Data Protection Law gives you.
01 · Who keeps your data
44lap keeps the data described here and is responsible for it. For anything about your data, write to hello@44lap.com.
02 · Your idea and your request
When you send an idea from the site we keep your name, email and phone, your company's name if you give it, the idea and its sector, the tags of the link you came from, and when you agreed to be contacted and which version of this notice you saw. We use them to study the idea, contact you about it and prepare an offer. We ask for nothing else, and we use your idea for no other purpose.
03 · Following your request
To let you follow your request we issue a tracking password. We keep only a scrambled form of it, never the password itself. A cookie keeps your request open on that device for up to seven days, and it stops working as soon as the password is reset or cancelled.
04 · Your account and your project
If your project goes ahead, we invite you to the client space and keep your name, email, phone, preferred language and sign-in times; your password is kept only in a scrambled form. In the project we keep the concept and its versions, the files we share and the ones you upload, your comments, messages, decisions and approvals, the meetings, and who did what and when, so every decision can be traced back to what was approved.
05 · Payments and invoices
Payment is by bank transfer, outside the platform. We keep the offer you accepted (the name you typed, the time, the lines and the totals), the receipts and transfer references you upload, the tax invoices and credit notes we issue, and your company's billing details: legal name, commercial registration, VAT number and address. We never ask for card details.
06 · What we don't do
44lap runs no operations and handles no client finance: we don't hold your money or run your accounts, payroll, licences, hiring or suppliers, so we collect no data for any of that. We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising, or pass it to an artificial-intelligence service.
07 · Cookies
We use only the cookies the service needs: one keeps you signed in, one lets you follow a request, one remembers your language and, for studio staff, one previews what a client sees. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
08 · Who can see it
The studio team working on your project sees what the work needs; specialists see only their own phases and never amounts. In your company, the owner sees everything about the project and team members see the work but not the amounts. Our hosting and email providers process data only on our instructions, to run the service.
09 · How long we keep it
We keep account and project data while the project runs, and afterwards as Saudi law requires for invoices. Invoices, credit notes and accepted offers are kept as Saudi law requires for invoices. When a request doesn't go ahead, we remove its contact details once we no longer need them, and we delete tracking passwords that are no longer used. The record of sensitive actions can't be edited and is kept to protect the service.
10 · Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may ask to know what we keep about you and why, get a copy, have it corrected, and have it erased once we no longer need it, and you may withdraw your consent to be contacted. With an account, you can download a copy and correct your details from Account; anyone can write to hello@44lap.com from the address we know. When we erase your data, the records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, stay for the legal period. We answer within the time the law sets, and you may also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
11 · Security
Passwords are kept only in a scrambled form, files are private and served only to the people allowed to see them, and every sensitive action is recorded. If a breach affects your data, we notify the authority and you as the law requires.
12 · Changes to this notice
When this notice changes we update the date above. If a change affects what we do with your data, we tell our clients in the platform.
